Free U.S. Shipping

Merch By Heady offers free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing & Delivery

Most Merch By Heady products are made to order. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment location, and carrier.

Our current standard delivery estimate is typically 5–10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments. You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order is split into multiple shipments.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to begin displaying tracking updates after a shipping label is created.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped.
